Description
Description: The antibody recognises the glycoprotein 2BII. Binding is decreased when 2BII is boiled, and lost after acid hydrolysis or de-glycosylation of 2BII.

Subculturing Procedure: Maintain cultures between 3-9×100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C. These cells require mouse macrophage feeder layers upon resuscitation
