Description
Description: The antibody recognises glycoprotein 2BII. Binding is lost after acid hydrolysis or de-glycosylation of 2BII. The antibody also cross-reacts with cell wall of Lobomonas piriformis. AFRC MAC 20 shows similar fine specificity and properties to AFRC MAC 18 and 19.
