Description
Description: The antibody recognises the glycoprotein 2BII and labels both the whole cell surface and also the flagella. Binding is lost after acid hydrolysis or de-glycosylation of 2BII. AFRC MAC 4 shows similar specificity and properties to AFRC MAC 3 and 5.
