Description
Description: The antibody is directed against phytochrome from Avena. It shows preferential binding to the far-red-absorbing form of phytochrome from extracts of dark-grown Avena seedlings, and also to the far-red-absorbing form from brushite-purified phytochrome.

Subculturing Procedure: Maintain cultures between 3-9×100,000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C. These cells require mouse macrophage feeder layers upon resuscitation
