Description
Description: This cell line is the result of recloning of AFRC MAC 61. The antibody is directed against the plant growth hormone cis, trans-abscisic acid. The antibody production rate of this hybridoma has been tested at ECACC. It must be noted that this hybridoma produces less than 2µg/ml of unpurified antibody.
