Description
Description: The BF-11 hybridoma cell line secretes a rat monoclonal antibody named Epoclonalan that reacts with human erythropoietin. Spleen cells from ACI strain rats that had been immunised with human urinary erythropoietin have been fused with Sp2/0 Ag-14 to produce this cell line. The alpha, beta and asialo forms of human erythropoietin are bound by the antibody to the same extent.
