Subculturing Procedure: Split sub-confluent cultures (70-80%) seeding at 4×10000 cells/cm² using 0.25% trypsin or trypsin/EDTA. 5% CO2; 37°C. Passage every 2-3 days when confluent at 1:3 dilution.
