Description: A bovine (Bos taurus, Holstein-Fresian) articular cartilage progenitor cell line able to re-differentiate into articular chondrocytes after extensive population doublings (>30pd).

Subculturing Procedure: Split sub-confluent cultures (70-80%) 1:4 to 1:8 using 0.25% trypsin or trypsin/EDTA; 5% CO2;37°C.
