Description: Huh-712D is one of a series of stable HDAg (Hepatitis Delta Antigen)-expressing human hepatoma cell lines that have been isolated and characterised.

Growth Medium: DMEM + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS) + 2mM Glutamine.
Subculturing Procedure: Split sub-confluent cultures (70-80%) 1:3 to 1:5 i.e. seeding at 3-5×10,000 cells/cm² using 0.25% trypsin/EDTA; 5% CO2; 37 C. Media change twice a week
