Growth Properties:

Morphology: epithelial-like

Growth Medium: Eagle’s minimal essential medium with non-essential amino acids and 10% fetal bovine serum.

Subculturing Procedure: Cells are harvested after treatment with 0.02 % EDTA and 0.25 % trypsin.
