Description: A novel human leukemia cell line established from a patient with chronic myelogenous leukaemia (CML) in blast crisis.

Growth Medium: RPMI1640 medium with 10-20% heat inactivated fetal calf serum and 10ng/ml GM-CSF.

Subculturing Procedure: Subculture twice a week at split ratio of 1/2 by simple dilution. Suspension cell culture.
