Description: Mero-25 was derived from autopsy tumour material from a male patient aged >60 with a history of asbestos exposure

Subculturing Procedure: Split sub-confluent cultures (70-80%) 1:4 to 1:10 i.e. seeding at 2-4×10,000 cells/cm² using 0.25% trypsin or trypsin/EDTA; 5% CO2; 37°C. Population doubling approx 48 hours
