Description: A human lung adenocarcinoma cell line – parent to various drug resistant MOR cell lines also available in the ECACC catalogue i.e. MOR/0.2R cat no. 96042335, MOR/0.4R cat no. 96042334 and MOR/CPR cat no. 96042333.

Growth Medium: RPMI 1640 + 2mM Glutamine + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS).
Subculturing Procedure: Split sub-confluent cultures (70-80%) 1:2 to 1:4 i.e. seeding at 2-4×10,000 cells/cm² using 0.25% trypsin or trypsin/EDTA; 5% CO2; 37°C.
