Description
Description: A clonal derivative of an SV40 transformed permanent line of MRC-5. Selection was made using X-ray induction in the presence of 2µg/ml thioguanine. The cells are HAT sensitive.

Subculturing Procedure: Split sub-confluent cultures (70-80%) 1:5 to 1:10 i.e. seeding at 1-2×10, 000 cells/cm² using 0.25% trypsin or trypsin/EDTA; 5% CO2; 37°C.
