Description
Description: Established from a lymphoma produced in an NFS/N mouse by injecting CaS-NS-7 ecotropic MuLV. Cells show pre-B cell markers and appear to be at a very early stage of B-cell differentiation.

Subculturing Procedure: Maintain cultures between 3-9×100000 cells/ml; 5% CO2; 37°C.
