Description
Description: The antibody recognises a rat Ia epitope present on B, but not T cells from lymph node or thoracic duct lymph. It does not bind to thymocytes or erythrocytes. In the thymus the OX-17 antibody labels the Ia antigens of cortical epithelial cells and medullary cells.
