Description
Description: Derived from the P3X27 cell line, itself a derivative of mineral oil-induced plasmacytoma MOPC-21 in BALB/c mice. Resistant to 20µg/ml azaguanine, does not grow in selective medium. HGPRT neg., dies in HAT. Doubling time 16-26 h.
