Description: Derived from a malignant embryonal rhabdomyosarcoma from a 7 year old Caucasian female. Also designated TE 32 and 130T in the literature

Growth Medium: DMEM + 2mM Glutamine + 2% Non Essential Amino Acids (NEAA) + 2% Vitamins + 10% Foetal Bovine Serum (FBS).
Subculturing Procedure: Split sub-confluent cultures (70-80%) 1:2 i.e. seeding at 4×10000 cells/cm² using 0.25% trypsin; 5% CO2; 37°C.
