Description
Description: Derived from a human squamous cell carcinoma (SCC) of the tongue from a 55-year-old male. SCC-4 cells have been reported to form colonies in semi-solid medium, and are not induced to differentiate by anchorage deprivation. Growth is enhanced by use of a feeder layer of 3T3 swiss cells.
