Description
Description: A spontaneously transformed cell line of a primary culture derived from embryonic lung fibroblasts of a Chinese hamster. Thioguanine resistant, HAT sensitive, high cloning efficiency in soft agar and used for HPRT- genotyping selection in HAT.
